MLS and syndication
Where your board provides a data feed and grants your brokerage access, we integrate it. Where it doesn't, we build listing management and syndication that works independently and add the feed when access clears.
Documents and e-sign
Transaction documents are stored against the deal with access rules. Signature workflows connect to an established e-sign provider on your own account rather than being reinvented.
AI layer
Current large language models grounded in your listings, policies and market. Your brokerage data answers your buyers and agents; it is not used to train public models.

- What is a broker back office?
- A broker back office is the system that runs everything behind the sale: listings, agent rosters, transactions and documents, commission splits, marketing spend and the broker's view of the whole operation. Front-end tools help agents sell; the back office is how the brokerage stays organised and gets paid. BrokerHelm is that layer, built for your brokerage rather than bought off a shelf.
- Can agents see their own performance dashboards?
- Yes. Permissions are role-based: an agent sees their own listings, leads, pipeline and earnings, a team lead sees their team, and the broker-owner sees the entire organization. Nobody browses numbers that aren't theirs. The exact roles are defined during scoping because no two brokerages split responsibility the same way.
- Can we host our own listings instead of depending on portals?
- That is the point of BrokerHelm. Your listings live on your own branded site with proper SEO structure, so the traffic and the leads land with you instead of being rented back from a portal. You still syndicate where it makes sense — you just stop making a third party the front door to your own inventory.
- How do commissions and splits get tracked?
- We model your actual commission structure: agent splits, caps, referral fees, team overrides and brokerage retention, applied per transaction. Each closing shows who earned what and what the brokerage kept, and the totals roll into the executive dashboard. If your splits are unusual, that is a build detail, not a blocker.
- Does it integrate with our MLS?
- Honestly: it depends on your MLS. Where your board offers a data feed such as RESO Web API or IDX access and grants your brokerage the credentials, we integrate it. Where access is restricted or slow to approve, we build listing entry and syndication that works without it and add the feed later. We confirm what is possible for your specific board during scoping instead of promising it upfront.
- How is it different from Lone Wolf-style suites?
- Established suites are broad, licensed products built for the average brokerage, and you adapt your process to them. BrokerHelm is custom made for your brokerage — your splits, your listing flow, your reporting, your site — and it includes AI staff the older suites weren't designed around. The tradeoff is real: they have decades of installed base, we build the exact system you asked for and change it when you do.
- Is it useful for a small independent brokerage?
