1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by RoTeix Inc ("RoTeix," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. About RoTeix Inc
RoTeix builds AI automation tools, custom made tools, reservation systems, HR tools, and custom business software. Specific products may have additional terms, which will be presented to you when you use them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at
support@roteix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use the services to send spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Use the services to train competing AI models without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All RoTeix software, branding, and content are owned by RoTeix Inc or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit ("Customer Content") and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the services.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for those services and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
8. Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoTeix Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to RoTeix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoTeix Inc, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the platform. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RoTeix Inc's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
